Collective Contractors completed the full civil package for 74 new homes for Atlas Property and the Whitburn Group. The housing is positioned on a large sloping section facing a stream on the north eastern perimeter of the property. The development catered to investors and first home buyers in a solid growth location with plenty of amenities in close proximity.These homes have been built for the future comprising of brick and tile style home construction offering durability and timeless street appeal.

After completing the sub slab work Collective Contractors handed over to Finese Construction, our vertical construction partner.
