Practec group had a project requiring the partial demolition and extension of Pomaria primary school in Henderson, they needed an earthworks company that could adhere to the strict regulations and truck movement hours required on school projects. Collective Contractors carried out the safe deconstruction and removal of approximately 80% of the building and surrounding concrete. Following this, the team excavated and poured the foundations and new slabs giving Practec a ready surface to build from.
