Walmsley Terraces is a 66-unit residential development in the heart of Māngere, where we delivered the full site works package for this large-scale terraced house project.

Our scope included earthworks, removal of contaminated spoil, roading, and construction of a large asphalt carpark servicing the new terrace housing. The project required tight coordination with multiple trades on a busy urban site, with staged handovers to meet housing delivery targets.

We worked closely with the head contractor and developers team to navigate design changes, manage site constraints, and ensure quality delivery in line with public housing standards.

Scope included:

- Bulk earthworks across multi-lot subdivision

- Concrete vehicle crossings and footpaths

- Asphalt carpark construction and road pavements

- Utility trenching and service coordination
